Leigh Lytle

Leigh Lytle is the Head of North American Policy at Plaid. She leads Plaid’s advocacy and education efforts with regulators and financial institutions to support Plaid's mission of unlocking financial freedom for everyone. In her role, she works with payment infrastructure organizations and advises the Plaid payments team to ensure Plaid is at the forefront of the future of payments. Before Plaid, Leigh spent over 15 years at the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank in various executive roles ranging from engagements in monetary and regulatory policy to operations and data analytics oversight.

Leigh is the chair of the board of directors of the Financial Technology Association (FTA), a leading industry trade group representing industry leaders shaping the future of finance. She holds a degree in Commerce and Economics from Santa Clara University.
